August & September Team of the Month

Five wins, three clean sheets and a total of sixteen points has seen The Whites make a fantastic start to their venture in the Lincolnshire League this season.

A 5-0 opening day win at the expense of Grimsby Borough was followed by a 2-2 draw with Louth Town. September started with an impressive away display and result at Horncastle, winning 2-1. Despite falling to defeat at the hands of Brigg Town, Dye and Stamp's youngsters bounced back with their third win of the campaign away at Nettleham. Another win and clean sheet, this time against Cleethorpes, saw United take their points tally to thirteen, before last weekend's 4-0 victory away at Wyberton which saw the team join Brigg at the top of the table.
