Josh Raby's last minute winner at Ashby Avenue strengthens his sides grip on the Lincolnshire League title as Lincoln Moorlands overcame Lincoln United Development by three goals to two.
Meanwhile, Brigg Town and Gainsborough Trinity Reserves continue to apply the pressure on the leaders, both securing wins against Horncastle Town and Louth Town, respectively.
Brigg Town CIC 1-0 Horncastle Town
Although both sides may have had one eye on Friday's cup final, this was still a crucial fixture, more so for the hosts, who hadn't completely given up hope of winning the league. In the end, The Zebras just did enough to keep the pressure on leaders Moorlands, winning by a single goal to nil. Charlie Dolling scored his first league goal of the season, to sink the visitors who will look to seek revenge at Skegness Town in the County Cup final in just a few days time. Brigg remain five points behind The Moors, whilst a ninth placed finish is looking highly likely for The Wongers.
Lincoln United Development 2-3 Lincoln Moorlands Railway
This Lincoln derby finished 1-1 in the reverse fixture, and it was looking like both teams would be settling for a point each on this occasion too, when Tom Cotton scored an 86th minute equaliser for The Whites. However, The Moors thought otherwise and once again found a goal through Josh Raby in the dying seconds to record another league victory taking them another step closer to the league title. Elliot Dye scored United's first, whilst Robbie Smith scored his fourth brace of the season for Moorlands.
Louth Town 1-3 Gainsborough Trinity Reserves
Although it's not mathematically impossible, Trinity are running out of games to finish on top spot in the league. However, they still have a good opportunity to finish as runners up in their first season in the league and another three points against Louth put them well in the frame to do so. Zach Casburn, Geno Robinson and Ashley Mcewan found the three goals that earned them a full quota of points on this occasion, whilst Louth could only find a consolation goal through Frazer Chapman.
Nettleham 3-1 Wyberton
Nettleham made it back to back league wins to move their selves up to fifth spot, above their opponents thanks to a 3-1 victory at Mulsanne Park. Eddie Davies scored twice, along with a first goal of the season for Matthew Milinkovic which was enough to sink The Colts. Curtis Revell scored from the spot for his tenth goal of the campaign.
