Three wins, ten goals, and a clean sheet has seen The Nettles enjoy an excellent month in the Lincolnshire League to earn them the monthly honour.
On the 13th, a Jack Higginson hat-trick was enough to see off Louth Town by four goals to two in the first round of the Supplementary Cup, having already narrowly defeated their opponents on the opening day of the season. On the following weekend, a 3-1 away win at last years champions, Ruston Sports, saw the village side move up to 8th in the league and onto nine points after just six games. They then bettered that scoreline just a week later, beating Rustons 3-0 at Mulsanne Park, to progress into the second round of the League's Challenge Cup competition.
In addition to this, Nettleham also had success in the Lincs Junior Cup, cruising to a 6-0 victory against Boston College.
