Grimsby Borough Academy climbed to fourth place in the Balcan Lighting Supplies Lincolnshire League without kicking a ball.

Sleaford Sports Amateurs were unable to raise a team for their fixture at Lucarlys, which was due to be played on Saturday.

The three points have been awarded to the Grimsby side, which lifted them above Nettleham in the table on goal difference.

There are now just two league fixtures remaining, both involving Borough. One is the championship decider against Ruston Sports and the other against Wyberton
